| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى تناول الحروب والنزاعات وأثرها على التنمية الاجتماعية بولاية كسلا من خلال التعريف بالتنمية الاجتماعية ومعرفة واقع التنمية الاجتماعية بولاية كسلا، إبراز تأثير الحروب والنزاعات على التنمية الاجتماعية بولاية كسلا. تحددت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس التالي: إلى أي مدى أثرت الحروب والنزاعات على التنمية الاجتماعية بولاية كسلا؟ قامت الدراسة على الفرضية التالية: هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الحروب والنزاعات وإعاقة التنمية الاجتماعية بولاية كسلا. استخدمت الدراسة عدد من مناهج البحث، منها المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التاريخي. أهم النتائج: أثبتت الدراسة أن منطقة الدراسة تعاني من آثار الحروب والنزاعات المتعلقة بدول الجوار وانعكس سلبا على إعاقة التنمية الاجتماعية. أكدت الدراسة أن الحروب والنزاعات بمنطقة الدراسة أدت إلى تدمير بعض الخدمات الأساسية في بعض المناطق وانعكست سلبا على التنمية الاجتماعية. أهم التوصيات: لابد من معالجة الأثار المترتبة جراء الحروب والنزاعات وفق استراتيجية تستهدف التنمية الاجتماعية بصورة أساسية بولاية كسلا وكل الولايات الحدودية. الاستفادة من التمويل الخارجي في مشروعات التنمية الاجتماعية في الولايات الحدودية في الخدمات الأساسية وخاصة في المناطق الريفية. The study aimed at addressing the wars and conflicts and their impact on the social development in the state of Kassala through the definition of social development and knowledge of the reality of social development in the state of Kassala, highlighting the impact of wars and conflicts on social development in the state of Kassala. The problem of the study was identified in the following main question: To what extent did the wars and conflicts affect the social development of the state of Kassala? The study based on the following hypothesis: There is a statistically significant relationship between wars and conflicts and the disruption of social development in the state of Kassala. The study used a number of research methods, including the analytical descriptive approach and the historical method. Main Findings: The study proved that the study area suffers from the effects of wars and conflicts related to neighboring countries and reflected negatively on the obstruction of social development. The study stressed that wars and conflicts in the study area led to the destruction of some basic services in some areas and reflected negatively on social development. The most important recommendations: The effects of war and conflict must be addressed in accordance with a strategy aimed at social development mainly in the state of Kassala and all Border States. Benefiting from external funding in social development projects in Border States in basic services, especially in rural areas. |
