| المستخلص: | Le phénomène de l’intégration économique régionale est un processus graduel avec des implications structurelles profondes, par conséquent, la plupart des pays du monde cherchent à établir des groupements régionaux afin de bénéficier des avantages comparatifs de chaque état. Pour atteindre cette intégration, il est essentiel d’assurer son succès afin d’atteindre ses objectifs, et il y a des obstacles à sa réalisation. Le but de ce document de recherche est de mettre en évidence l’une des expériences d’intégration économique régionale du bloc des états d’Afrique orientale et australe (C.O.M.E.S.A), en présentant les objectifs de cette intégration, qui est principalement de promouvoir la compétitivité au niveau régional. The phenomenon of regional economic integration is a gradual process with profound structural implications; therefore, most countries of the world seek to establish regional groupings in order to benefit from the comparative advantage of each state. In order to this integration, it is essential to ensure its success in order to achieve its objectives, and there are obstacles to achieving it The purpose of this research paper is to highlight one of the regional economic integration experiences of the eastern and southern African bloc (C.O.M.E.S.A), by presenting the objectives of this integration, which is mainly to promote competitiveness at the regional level. |
