| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلي التعرف علي واقع أداء وحدات قياس الجودة بالإدارات التعليمية في مصر والوقوف علي طبيعة أدائها من نشأة للجودة في مجال التعليم، والهدف منها، وأهميتها، ومتطلبات تطبيقها، ومعايير اختيار أعضاء الوحدة، كما تم التعرف علي مهام ومسئوليات أعضاء وحدة قياس الجودة، والمعوقات التي تعيق عمل تلك الوحدات، ولقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج التي تعيق عمل تلك الوحدات ومنها أن اغلب وحدات قياس الجودة بالإدارات التعليمية لا تمتلك خطة واضحة ومحددة لجميع المدارس التابعة لها وان اغلب تركيزها يكون علي المدارس المستهدفة في الوقت الحالي فقط، كما أن الدراسة أوضحت إن هناك نقص شديد في الميزانية الخاصة بالوحدات وان الدعم المالي المخصص لها غير كاف لتفعيل جميع أنشطتها مما أدي إلى عدم وجود تناسب بين الخطة الاستراتيجية للوحدة والدعم المالي المخصص لها كما أوضحت الدارسة انه ليس هناك اهتمام كاف بتنمية قدرت أعضاء الوحدات وتحسين مهارتهم لمساعداتهم علي تحقيق أهدافهم بالشكل الأمثل، وتم عرض مجموعة من الأليات والمقترحات التي تساعد علي تفعيل وتطوير أداء هذه الوحدات ومن أهمها، ضرورة زيادة الميزانية الخاصة لوحدات قياس الجودة بالإدارات التعليمية لتتناسب مع الخطة الاستراتيجية للوحدة، والاهتمام بالحوافز والمكافئات المخصصة لأعضاء الوحدات، والاعتماد على الكفاءات المهنية والفنية عند تعين أعضاء الوحدات. The goal of the research is to identify the performance of the quality measurement units in the educational departments in Egypt and to assess the nature of their performance from the origin of quality in the field of education, its purpose, importance, application requirements, criteria for selecting members of the unit. The tasks and responsibilities of members of the quality measurement unit, Which has hindered the work of these units, and the research has reached a set of results that hinder the work of those units, including that most of the quality measurement units in the educational departments do not have a clear and specific plan for all schools affiliated with it and most of the focus is on the target schools at the present time only, She explained that there is a severe shortage in the budget of the units and that the financial support allocated to them is insufficient to activate all its activities, which led to the lack of fit between the strategic plan of the unit and the financial support allocated to them. The study also showed that there is insufficient attention to develop the capabilities of unit members and improve their skills to help achieve The aim of these programs is to increase the budget of the units of quality measurement in the educational departments to suit the strategic plan of the unit, and to pay attention to the incentives and the money. The categories allocated to non-unit members, relying on professional and technical competencies when appointing unit members. |
