| المستخلص: | تعتبر كتب شروح السنة النبوية من المصادر المهمة التي يستقي منها الباحثون في السنة النبوية وعلومها دراساتهم وبحوثهم، غير أن تلك الشروح تضمنت نقولا - تعتبر موارد أو مصادر الكتاب - وبعضها ينسب لاسم أو كنية أو لقب أو نسب مهمل، دون بيان صاحبها، مما يولد لدى الباحث إشكالية في عزو النقل، وفي معرفة الشخص المهمل، وما يتعلق في التعامل معه؛ لذلك جاء هذا البحث ليساعد الباحثين من خلال وضع وسائل عملية على تمييز أولئك المهملين من أصحاب النقول، مع ذكر أمثلة لكل وسيلة، وذكر تنبيهات لبعض الأمور التي قد يواجهها الباحث أثناء بحثه عن المهمل. \nاتبع فيها المنهج الاستقرائي من خلال النظر في الأمثلة المطبقة على الوسيلة العملية المذكورة، ويعتبر تطبيق هذه الوسائل من قبيل التدريب. \nوأرجو أن يساهم هذا البحث في إفادة المكتبة العلمية في باب التدريب والتطبيق العملي في التعامل مع كتب شروح السنة، كما يدعو الباحثين لتقييد تجاربهم العملية مع كتب السنة بشكل عام؛ ليستفيد منها غيرهم.\n The books of commentaries to the prophetic Sunnah are important sources from which researchers in the prophetic Sunnah and their sciences derive their studies and research. However, these commentaries include sayings that are considered to be the resources of the book, some of which are attributed to a name, surname, nickname, or unknown kinship, without the explanation about the author, which leads to the problem for the researcher in attributing the reference, in knowing the unknown person, and how to deal with it. That is why this research helps researchers by developing practical means to distinguish those who unknown who have been referenced, with examples of each method, besides mentioning the alerts over some of the things that the researcher may face while searching for the unknown. \nI followed the inductive approach by examining the examples applied to the above mentioned practical method. The application of these methods is considered training. \nI hope that this research will contribute to the benefit of the scientific library in the field of training and practical application in dealing with the books of commentaries to the Sunnah and may invite the researchers to restrict their practical experiences with Sunnah books in general so that others can benefit from it. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
