| المستخلص: | هدف البحث الحالي الكشف عن مدى الإسهام النسبي لكل من الاتزان الانفعالي والإنهاك المهني في التنبؤ بمستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بالإضافة إلى فحص التفاعلات الثنائية بين نوع المعلم خبرته المهنية في كل من الاتزان الانفعالي والإنهاك المهني والصلابة النفسية، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (202) معلماً ومعلمة اشتقوا بطريقة عشوائية من معلمين مدارس بورسعيد الابتدائية، طبق عليهم أدوات البحث والتي تمثلت في مقياس الاتزان الانفعالي (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس الإنهاك المهني (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس الصلابة النفسية (إعداد الباحثة)، وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة والتي تمثلت في تحليل التباين في اتجاهين (2*2) ANOVA وأسلوب تحليل الانحدار البسيط (Regression Analysis) توصلت الباحثة إلى أنه يوجد تأثير دال إحصائياً عند مستوى 0.01 لنوع المعلم على الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الصلابة النفسية كما أنه يوجد تأثير دال إحصائياً عند مستوى 0.05 لخبرة المعلم المهنية على الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الصلابة النفسية، لا يوجد تأثير دال إحصائيا لتفاعل نوع المعلم وخبرته المهنية على الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الصلابة النفسية، كما يوجد تأثير دال إحصائياً عند مستوى 0.05 لنوع المعلم على الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الاتزان الانفعالي. كما أنه لا يوجد تأثير دال إحصائياً لتفاعل نوع المعلم وخبرته المهنية في الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الاتزان الانفعالي، كما أنه لا يوجد تأثير دال إحصائياً لنوع المعلم وخبرته المهنية والتفاعل الثنائي بينهما في الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الانهاك المهني، ويمكن للاتزان الانفعالي الإسهام في التنبؤ بالصلابة النفسية بنسبة 3.6% فكلما زادت درجة الاتزان الانفعالي لدى المعلم زادت درجته في الصلابة النفسية، بينما يمكن للإنهاك المهني الإسهام في التنبؤ بالصلابة النفسية بنسبة 3.7% فكلما قلت درجة المعلم في الانهاك المهني زادت درجته في الصلابة النفسية. The present research aimed to investigate the relative contribution of both Emotional Stability and Professional Burnout in predicting the level of Psychological Hardiness of Primary Stage Teacher in addition to examining the dual interaction between the gender of the teacher and his/her Professional experience in Emotional Stability, Professional Burnout and Psychological Hardiness The sample of the research included (202) male and female teachers who were randomly selected from Port Said Primary School Teachers. The tools of the research were the Emotional Stability Scale (Prepared by the researcher), The Professional Burnout Scale (Prepared by the researcher) and Psychological Hardiness Scale (Prepared by the researcher) The Statistical methods were the two way analysis of variance and the simple regression analysis . Results revealed that there is a statistically Significant effect at 0.01 for teacher gender on total score of Psychological hardiness scale. There is also statistically Significant effect at 0.05 for teacher Professional experience on the total score of Psychological hardiness scale, There is no statistically Significant effect of the interaction between teacher gender and his/her Professional experience on the total score of Psychological hardiness scale. There is also statistically Significant effect at 0.05 for teacher gender on total score of Emotional Stability scale. There is no statistically Significant effect of the interaction between teacher gender and his/ her Professional experience on the total score of Emotional Stability scale, There is also no statistically Significant effect teacher gender", Professional experience and the dual interaction between them on total score of Professional Burnout scale, The Emotional Stability can contribute in Predicting the Psychological Hardiness at 3.6%. The Emotional Stability of the teacher increases, the more his/ her Psychological Hardiness increases. On the other hand, The Professional Burnout can contribute in Predicting the Psychological Hardiness at 3.7%, the less the teacher score in Professional Burnout; the more his/her Psychological Hardiness increases. |
