| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف مدى التواجد العربي على شبكة الانترنت (وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ومخاطرها ومدى فعاليتها على الهوية العربية)، كما تهدف أيضاً إلى رصد أهم الاستخدامات العربية الحالية لشبكة الإنترنت على الصعيد الثقافي وفرص الاتصال التفاعلي وتوسيع قاعدة المشاركة وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوطني التحليلي. \nوتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المواقع الإلكترونية التي توفرها شبكة الإنترنت. \nأما عينة الدراسة فهي الحوارات الصوتية التي تتم عبر مواقع البال توك. \nوقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: \n-\tتتيح شبكة الإنترنت فرصاً عديدة للتعلم وتبادل الحوار العربي المتحرر من كافة القيود والعابر للمسافات والتجاوز للحدود حول موضوعات متعددة. \n-\tتدل كثير من الحوارات الجارية غير شبكات الإنترنت إلى وجود اختناق عربي من كثير من المجالات. \n-\tتوفر شبكة الإنترنت ساحة خصبة لمختلف الطرق الدينية والمذهبية. \n-\tتوصف كثير من الحوارات بأنها انفعالية متعصبة يعوزها الكثير من الموضوعية. \n-\tتوفر شبكة الإنترنت قناة اتصال حديثة لمن رغب في استخدامها من المعارضة القيمة في الخارج. \n-\tغلب على حوارات الدول العربية التي يمكن القول بأنها صاحبة هم وقضية كالعراق واليمن ولبنان جدية الحوار وأثرائها في حين أن بعضها للتسلية. \n-\tتدار كثير من الغرف من المهاجرين إلى الخارج. \nوفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة لمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: \n1-\tأن يكون هنالك رقابة على الحوارات التي تتم عبر وسائل الاتصال. \n2-\tعقد برامج توعوية وإقامة مؤتمرات وأبحاث علمية خاصة للمتعاملين مع وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. \n3-\tبث ثقافة عربية من خلال مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. \n \nThis study aims to identify the extent of Arab presence on the Internet (social media, its risks, and its effectiveness on Arab identity). \nIt also aims to monitor the most important current Arab uses of the Internet at the cultural level, opportunities for interactive communication and broadening the base of participationز \nThe researcher used the national analytical approach. \nThe study community is comprised of all websites provided by the Internet. \nThe study sample comprises the voice conversations that take place through the PalTalk sites.\nThe study concluded a series of findings, the most important of which are: \n- The Internet offers many opportunities to learn and exchange Arab dialogue on various topics free from all restrictions while transcending distances and borders. \n- Many ongoing dialogues over Internet networks indicate Arab bottlenecks in many fields. \n- The Internet provides a fertile arena for various religious and sectarian routes. \n- Many dialogues are described as fanatical emotion that lacks a lot of objectivity. \n- The Internet provides a modern channel of communication for those who wish to use it from valuable opposition abroad. \n- - The dialogues of the Arab countries, which can be said to be part of the interest, Iraq, Yemen, and Lebanon, were dominated by the seriousness and enrichment of the dialogue, while some of them were entertaining. \n- Many rooms are managed by immigrants abroad. \nIn light of the findings, the study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: \n1. There should be censorship of the dialogues that happen through communication (social media) means. \n2- Conducting awareness programs and holding conferences and scientific research for those dealing with social media. \n3- Broadcasting Arab culture through social media sites.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
