| المستخلص: | Faced with the changes organizations are attending, no one can deny that management has become an essential tool in the management and direction of any company concerned with preserving its future in an increasingly uncertain environment, indeed what drives them to continually adapt, renew and innovate, leading them into a movement of continuous change. Managers are both actors and objects of managerial transformations; they play a key role in steering and implementing organizational change in the organization. Face aux mutations auxquels sont confrontées les organisations, personne ne peut nier que le management est devenu un outil incontournable dans la gestion et la direction de toute entreprise soucieuse de préserver son avenir dans un environnement de plus en plus incertain, en effet ce qui les poussent à continuellement s’adapter, se renouveler et s’innover entrainant celles-ci dans un mouvement de changement continu. Les managers sont à la fois acteurs et objets des transformations managériales, ils jouent un rôle primordial dans le pilotage et la mise en oeuvre du changement organisationnel dans l’organisation. |
