| 520 | |a إن تقسيم الذنوب في الشريعة إلى كبائر وصغائر تتفق مع واقعية الشريعة وطبيعتها، فالأفعال ليست على رتبةٍ واحدةٍ، ولذا تمايز الناس في الصلاح والفساد، كتمايز أهل الصلاح فيما بينهم، فهم ليسوا سواءً، وكذلك أهل الفساد فيما بينهم، فإن الإسلام العظيم رسالة سماوية، جاءت لتحرير الإنسان من عبودية الذات والهوى والتحرر من قيود الشيطان إلى عبادة الله سبحانه وتعالى، فتقنين أمر الذنب والتخلص منه تقنيناً رائعاً كي لا يدع الإنسان أسير عقدة الذنب ففتح له باب التوبة بشكل لا يخل بشخصيته، بل لتتكامل شخصيته ويعيش انطلاقتها نحو سموها. فنجد أن القضايا الأساسية التي تمثلها الكبائر في حياة الإنسان، هي القضايا التي تتصل بالمحافظة على صفاء العقيدة، من خلال ما يمثله التصور التوحيدي للإيمان بالله، وعلى احترام الإنسان في نفسه وماله وعرضه، في الحياة الفردية والاجتماعية، وعلى إنسانية العلاقات بين الناس، من خلال الرجوع إلى الله والالتزام بفرائضه، والانفتاح على آفاقه الروحية التي تملأ الفكر والقلب والضمير بالخير والحب والنور والإيمان.. | ||
