| المستخلص: | The procedure for inspecting the right of real estate ownership and the delivery of title deeds through real estate investigation appeared in 2007 under Law 07/02 due to the delay in the notarial deed in the general land survey process and due to the lack of credibility of the statements made before the notary without taking the oath.\nMoreover, the conduct of a real estate investigation happened in order to help investors and improve the country from its current situation to the modernization.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 Un droit de propriété immobilière et une enquête sur titre de propriété ont été menés en 2007 en vertu de la loi 07/02 et ont retardé la tenue de l'achalandage dans l'arpentage public et en raison du manque de fiabilité des déclarations faites avant l'assermentation.
