| المستخلص: | بذلت في السنوات الأخيرة جهود لمعالجة المخاوف التي أبداها أرباب العمل وأولياء الأمور والطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بشأن التعليم في مصر، دعت إلى التخطيط للمستقبل والتعامل مع التحديات المختلفة اعتماداً على المعرفة والإبداع بشكل يمكنها من المتابعة والمراقبة وتصحيح المسار بشكل دوري وفعال من خلال صياغة رؤية لمصر تكون بمثابة خارطة طريق تعظم الاستفادة من إمكانات مصر وميزاتها التنافسية وتعمل على إعادة إحياء دورها التاريخي في ريادة الإقليم وعلى توفير حياة كريمة للمواطنين، وقد هدف هذا البحث إلى: توضيح أهداف ومؤشرات الأداء لاستراتيجية التنمية المستدامة لرؤية مصر 2030 وخاصة في مجالات التعليم والثقافة والابتكار، وكذلك تجديد خطط إعداد الخريجين بكليات الفنون الموسيقية وفق معايير مرجعية أكاديمية معتمدة، وتنمية اتجاهاتهم وقدراتهم للمشاركة في تنفيذ استراتيجية التنمية المستدامة وتحقيق أهدافها التي تسعى إليها، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز الوعي العام بأهمية قطاعات الفنون والثقافة والإبداع في تنفيذ استراتيجيات الدولة ورؤيتها الحديثة للتعليم والابتكار والثقافة، مستخدماً في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحديد وتعريف الأدوار المنوطة لمعلم الفنون الموسيقية بحيث يكون شريكاً فاعلاً في عملية التنمية، مع وضع توصيات مقترحة لدور الفنون في نشر الثقافة وتنمية واكتشاف المواهب وإمكانية توظيف قطاع كليات الفنون لصالح التوجهات القومية واقتراح الآليات اللازمة لتنفيذ غايات وأهداف استراتيجية التنمية المستدامة لرؤية مصر 2030. In recent years efforts have been made to address the concerns expressed by employers, parents, students and faculty about education in Egypt. They called for planning for the future and dealing with different challenges based on knowledge and creativity so that they can follow, monitor and correct the course periodically and effectively by formulating a vision for Egypt. As a roadmap to maximize the potential of Egypt and its competitive advantages and to restore its historical role in the leadership of the region and to provide a decent life for citizens. The aim of this research was to: clarify the objectives and performance indicators of the strategy of sustainable development for the vision of Egypt 2030, especially in the fields of education, culture and innovation, as well as to renew the plans for the preparation of graduates in the faculties of Music arts according to approved academic reference standards, and to develop their attitudes and abilities to participate in the implementation of the sustainable development strategy and achieve its objectives, The importance of the arts, culture and creativity sectors in the implementation of the state's strategies and modern vision of education, innovation, culture, using the descriptive analytical approach to identify and define For the role of the Music art teacher to be an active partner in the development process, With the establishment of recommendations for the role of arts in the dissemination of culture and the development and discovery of talent and the potential employment of the arts colleges sector in favor of national trends and propose mechanisms to implement the goals and objectives of the strategy of sustainable development vision of Egypt 2030. |
