| المستخلص: | أولاً: خلفية المشكلة: يشهد العصر الحالي مراحل عديدة من التطور الغير مسبوق في التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي والذي يعد جانباً أساسياً من جوانب الحياة المعاصرة لما له من مكانة عظيمة وأهمية بالغة في مختلف جوانب الحياة، ومن هنا يأتي تطوير التعليم باعتباره ضرورة حتمية لمواكبة التطور السريع باعتبار أن الهدف النهائي للتعليم هو تنمية التفكير بما يتيح للمتعلم من المتطلبات المعرفية والمهارية والانفعالية لمواجهة هذه التحديات. ومن ثم يحظى النمو المهني المستمر للعاملين في ميدان التعليم بأهمية متزايدة لمواكبة التغيرات المستمرة، والمتجددة للمجتمع البشري في ضوء التفجر المعرفي، والتطور التكنولوجي. يوصف القرن الحادي والعشرين بأنه قرن التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي والانفجار المعرفي المذهل في كافة المجالات، ويعتبر الإشراف التربوي أحد عناصر الهامة في منظومة التربية، حيث يقع على الإشراف التربوي عبء توجيه المعلمين وإرشادهم أثناء الخدمة لموجهة التغيرات العالمية المعاصرة في المعرفة العلمية والتكنولوجية وتوظيفها لخدمة العملية التعليمية وتحقق نجاحه للوصول لا فضل مستوى له. ثانياً: مشكلة البحث: ما مدى إمكانية توظيف (التطور التكنولوجي) كرؤية معاصرة لدور المشرف التربوي لتنمية معلمي ما قبل الجامعي في مجال الفنون؟ ثالثاً: أهداف البحث: 1. توظيف التطور التكنولوجي في التنمية المهنية للمعلمين كأهم المستحدثات المعاصرة. 2. إلى أي مدى يستخدم المشرفون التربويين أساليب إشرافيه معاصرة لإنجاح العملية التعليمية وتحسين مستوى أداء المعلم ورفع مستوى تحصيل الطالب. رابعاً: أهمية البحث: 1- ضرورة إحداث تنمية مهنية للمعلمين للرفع من مستواهم الأكاديمي والمهني حتى يتمكنوا من مواكبة المتغيرات العالمية والمحلية. 2- السعي إلى الاستفادة من إمكانات التطور التكنولوجية الحديثة لا يجاد رؤى معاصرة لأشراف التربوي لتطوير أداء معلمي الفنون. خامساً: فروض البحث: 1. هناك علاقة إيجابية بين استخدام (التطور التكنولوجي) والتنمية المهنية للمعلمين؟ 2. هناك علاقة إيجابية بين دور المشرف التربوي وتنمية والتنمية المهنية للمعلمين ما قبل الجامعة في مجال الفنون؟ سادساً: منهج البحث: يتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال الإطار النظري للبحث كما يتبع المنهج النوعي من خلال عمل استبانة لتحقق فروض البحث. سابعاً: حدود البحث: 1. تطبيق الدراسة على معلمي التربية الفنية إدارة سرس الليان التعليمية - محافظة المنوفية. 2. استخدام التطور التكنولوجي المتمثل في (الحاسب الألى – الإنترنت) تنظيم وصياغة محتوى البرنامج الجانب النظري: ويتضمن المعلومات المرتبطة بمفهوم التنمية المهنية للمعلمين – مفهوم الإشراف التربوي والتطور التكنولوجي الجانب التطبيقي: يشتمل على معرف الخطوات الإجرائية للمستحدثات التكنولوجية الذي يقوم المشرف التربوي لتنمية المهنية للمعلمين. أولاً: عمل موقع إلكتروني خاص لعرض كل ما يخص مجال الفنون لتنمية للمعلمين الإدارة مهنياً. ثانياً: استخدام شبكة الإنترنت لعرض دورات تدريبية للمعلمين أسبوعية وذلك بتقسيم مجموعة المدرسين لعرض كل مدرس منهم نوعا من أنواع المجال الفني وعرض فيديوهات ونماذج مصورة للموضوع المختار. ثالثاً: الزيارات المتبادلة بين المدرسين وذلك بتنظيم من المشرف التربوي حتى لا تتعارض مع العملية التعليمية، وينفذ فيها درس نموذجي، أو بيان عملي من احدى المدرسين لورشة عمل تكون لمجموعات صغيرة وتتم بين كل مجموعة من المدرسين الأقرب معا. رابعاً: يقوم المشرف التربوي بعمل درس نموذجي أمام المعلم وذلك من خلال الزيارات للمعلمين وذلك لزيادة النمو المهني للمعلمين في مجال طرق تدريس التربية الفنية. خامساً: تنمية المعلمين في استخدام الكمبيوتر فنيا بالتدريب على برنامج الفوتوشوب (عمل كروت فنية). The current era is witnessing many stages of unprecedented development in scientific and technological progress, which is an essential aspect of modern life because of its great status and importance in various aspects of life. Hence, the development of education as an imperative to keep pace with rapid development as the ultimate goal of education is To develop thinking so as to enable the learner to meet the cognitive, skill and emotional requirements to meet these challenges. Thus, the continuing professional growth of those working in the field of education is of increasing importance to keep pace with the continuous and renewed changes of human society in the light of cognitive explosion and technological development. The twenty-first century is described as the century of scientific and technological progress and the explosion of knowledge in all fields. Educational supervision is one of the most important elements in the education system. Educational supervision is the burden of guiding teachers and guiding them in service to guide contemporary global changes in scientific and technological knowledge. His success to reach his best level. Second: Research problem: To what extent can technological innovation be used as a contemporary vision for the role of the educational supervisor to develop pre-university teachers in the field of arts? Third: Research Objectives: 1. Utilizing technological development in the professional development of teachers as the most modern innovators 2. To what extent do educational supervisors use modern methods of supervision to make the educational process a success, improve teacher performance, and raise student achievement Fourth: The importance of research: 1- The need to create professional development for teachers to raise their academic and professional level so that they can keep pace with global and local variables. 2- Seeking to take advantage of the potential of modern technological development to find contemporary visions of the supervision of education to develop the performance of art teachers. Fifth: Research hypotheses: 1. Is there a positive relationship between the use of (technological development) and the professional development of teachers? 2. Is there a positive relationship between the role of educational supervisor and the development and professional development of pre-university teachers in the arts? Sixth: Research Methodology: The research follows the analytical descriptive method through the theoretical framework of the research and follows the qualitative approach through the work of a questionnaire to achieve the research hypotheses Seventh: Research limits: Application of the study to the teachers of art education Sars El-Lian Educational Administration - Menoufia Governorate. Using the technological development represented by (computer-internet). Organization and formulation of program content Theoretical: It includes information related to the concept of professional development of teachers - the concept of educational supervision and technological development The practical aspect: includes the identification of the procedural steps of the technological innovations that the educational supervisor conducts for the professional development of the teachers. First: Create a special website to display all the arts field for professional development of the teachers. Second: the use of the Internet to display training courses for teachers weekly by dividing the group of teachers to display each teacher of them a kind of technical field and display videos and models of the picture of the selected topic. Third: Reciprocal visits between teachers, organized by the educational supervisor so as not to interfere with the educational process, and carries out a model lesson, a practical statement from one of the teachers for a workshop for small groups and between each group of teachers closest together. Fourth: the educational supervisor to do a typical lesson in front of the teacher and through visits to teachers in order to increase the professional growth of teachers in the field of teaching art education. Fifth: the development of teachers in the use of computer technical training on the program Photoshop the work of art cards. |
