| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث التعرف على بعض تنظيمات محتوى منهج الاجتماعيات للمرحلة الابتدائية المستندة على وفق اهداف تربوية وتعليمية تسعى لإرساء قواعد التعلم من اجل التمكن وغايتها اختصار مسافة الزمن للوصول الى نتاجات تعليمية ضمن تقديرات نوعية وكمية تؤشر مواكبتها للتحولات الثقافية والاجتماعية للمجتمع العراقي. ولما كانت صياغة المعايير الوصفية الاجابة الحقيقية لتحديد الصورة الافضل التي ينبغي أن تتوفر في بنائية المناهج في ضوء حركة الاصلاح التربوي، فالواجب يدعو البحث فيها(المعايير) كأداة لتنظيم كتب الاجتماعيات للمرحلة الابتدائية والوقوف علي اهم معطياتها التربوية ومجالاتها العلمية، لقد حاول البحث عرض مدخل للمعايير ومستوياتها في إطار اعداد وتنظيم منهج دراسي يمكن التلاميذ ان يكونوا قادرين على التعلم. لقد توصل البحث أن التميز في صياغة المعايير وكتابتها ينبغي أن يكون وسيلة فاعلة وركيزة اساسية لعمليات تطوير وتحسين محتوى المنهج، كونه يتيح فرص التكافؤ لإكساب المتعلمين نمو متكامل كما توصل البحث أيضاً ان لابد مراعاة التدرج في العمق والدقة والتحليل وفق المعايير ومؤشراتها التي تضع اسس وقواعد منهج دراسي ناجح. The aim of this research is to identify some of the content of the social curriculum of the primary stage based on pedagogical and educational goals that seek to establish the rules of learning in order to be able and aim. Shorten the time to reach educational outputs in quantitative and qualitative estimations. Since the formulation of descriptive standards is the real answer to determine the best picture that should be available in the construction of curricula in the light of the educational reform movement، it is called for research (standards) as a tool to organize social books for the primary stage and to identify the most important educational data and scientific fields، And their levels in the preparation and organization of a curriculum that students can be able to learn. The research found that excellence in the formulation and writing of standards should be an effective tool and a key element in the process of developing and improving the content of the curriculum، as it offers equal opportunities to give learners an integrated growth. The research also found that the gradation in depth، accuracy and analysis must be considered according to the criteria and indicators that establish the foundations and rules of a Successful curriculum. |
