| المستخلص: | "تعد مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة مرحلة هامة في النمو البدني والمعرفي والوجداني والاجتماعي للطفل فهي من أهم مراحل بنائه حركيا وبدنيا وسلوكيا، والطفل بطبيعته يميل إلى الحركة وبقدر ما تكون حركته متزنة وموجهة بقدر ما يكون نموه سليم وحركة الطفل لا تكون فقط مجرد نشاط حركي تلقائي، وإنما للحركة دورها الفعال في تشكيل مفاهيم الطفل ومدركاته الكلية حركيا ومعرفيا ووجدانيا مما يعكس أثرها في النمو الشامل للطفل. ومن خلال الأنشطة الحركية بين الأطفال ينشأ التفاعل والعلاقات الاجتماعية وقد يترك بعضها آثارا إيجابية كالتعاون والمودة والتعاطف وقد يترك البعض الآخر آثارا سلبية كالعدوان والضرب والشتم والاستهزاء والإهانة. وقد هدف البحث إلى: 1- تحديد نسبة انتشار أشكال سلوك التنمر داخل الروضة. 2- الكشف عن مدى ملائمة برنامج الأنشطة الحركية المقترح في الحد من سلوك التنمر من وجهة نظر معلمات الروضة بمحافظة مطروح. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الكيفي لملائمته للبحث. وتكونت عينة البحث من عدد من معلمات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة مطروح - مدارس رياض الأطفال بمحافظة مطروح في العام الدراسي 2018-2019. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في: 1- مقياس سلوك التنمر لدى الأطفال من وجهة نظر معلمات الروضة (إعداد الباحث). 2- برنامج الأنشطة الحركية المقترح (إعداد الباحث). 3- استمارة تقييم برنامج الأنشطة الحركية (إعداد الباحث). وتمثلت نتائج البحث فيما يلي: 1- ينتشر سلوك التنمر بين الأطفال وكان أكثر أنواع التنمر انتشارا هو التنمر اللفظي وأقلها انتشارا هو التنمر النفسي العاطفي. 2- أكدت النتائج على ملائمة البرنامج المقترح للأنشطة الحركية للفئة المستهدفة وأن البرنامج به أنشطة حركية متنوعة تناسب مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة وتهدف إلى الحد من سلوك التنمر لدى الأطفال." "Early childhood stage is an important stage in the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of the child. It is one of the most important stages of its physical, motor and behavioral development. The child is naturally inclined to movement and as far as his movement is balanced and oriented, so is his growth intact and the movement of the child is not only an automatic activity. Movement has an effective role in shaping the concepts of the child cognitive, social, and emotional development, reflecting their impact on the overall growth of the child. Through motor activities between children, interactions and social relationships are created. Some may leave positive effects such as cooperation, affection and empathy, and others may have negative effects such as aggression, beatings, insults, mockery and humiliation. The research objectives is: 1- Determine the prevalence of forms of bullying behavior inside kindergarten. 2- Detection of the appropriateness of the proposed program of motor activities in reducing the behavior of bullying from the perspective of kindergarten teachers in Matrouh Governorate. The Research methodology is: The current research used descriptive analytical approach for its appropriateness for research. Research sample: Is consisted of a sample of Kindergarten Teachers, working in Kindergarten Schools in Matrouh Governorate, in the academic year 2018-2019. And the research tools is: 1- The scale of bullying behavior in children from the perspective of kindergarten teachers. (Prepared by the researcher) 2- The proposed motor activities program (Prepared by the researcher) 3- Motor activities program evaluation form (Prepared by the researcher) And the research results is: 1-There is prevalence of bullying behavior among children. The most common type of bullying is the verbal bullying and the least is emotional bullying. 2- The results confirmed the appropriateness of the proposed program of motor activities of the targeted group. The program contained various motor activities suitable for early childhood and aimed at reducing bullying behavior in children." |
