| المستخلص: | It appears that Dr. Enzio is the first psychoanalyst to use the psychological envelope visualization to describe the borderline, boundary, enveloping and packaging structures of the psyche. The location of the psychological circumstance is based on the boundaries of various psychological spaces based on skin to skin contact with the mother's body. That is where the contribution of the psychological envelope model and the function contained in the practice of skin diseases is the concern of our research on psoriasis, as this skin disease disrupts the image/form of the body which is characterized by fragility.\nOur contribution tries to answer the question related to the type of the psychological envelopes in this skin disease through a half-directed interview, the Rorschach test and Ray’s complex form. To answer: Across what point can these psychological covers represent a second skin against capricious excitation and how do they reflect an imbalance in the body image/form? We present a case of psoriasis which was collected as part of our research in the Department of Dermatology at the University Hospital Center (Al-Hakim Ben Badis – Constantine), in order to show the potential dysfunctions of the skin and to show the fragility of the physical image and the psychological process associated with it.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 يبدو أن د. انزيو هو أول محلل نفسي استعمل تصور الغلاف النفسي لوصف البنيات الحدية ، الحدودية ، المغَلِفة و الحَاوِية للنفسية ، حيث يرجع موقع الظرف النفسي على حدود مختلف الفضاءات النفسية و الذي يستند على الاتصال جِلد-جِلد مع جسد الأمّ،حيث يمثل إسهام نموذج الأغلفة النفسية و الوظيفة الحاوية في ممارسة الأمراض الجلدية انشغال بحثنا حول مرض الصٌدَاف(le psoriasis)، إذ أن هذا المرض الجلدي يحدث خللا في صورة الجسم التي تتميز بالهشاشة.\nتحاول مساهمتنا الإجابة على السؤال المتعلق بنوعية الأغلفة النفسية في هذا المرض الجلدي من خلال المقابلة نصف–الموجهة و اختبار الرورشاخ و الشكل المعقد لراي و عبر أي منطلق يمكن لهذه الأغلفة النفسية أن تكون جلدا ثانيا ضد الاستثارات النزوية و كيف تعكس خللا في صورة الجسم، حيث نعرض حالة صٌدَاف تمّ جمعها في إطار بحثنا في مصلحة الأمراض الجلدية بالمركز الاستشفائي الجامعي– الحكيم بن باديس- قسنطينة بهدف إظهار الاختلالات المحتملة للأنا-جِلْد و إظهار هشاشة الصورة الجسمية و ما السير النفسي الذي يترافق معها. Anzieu soit le premier psychanalyste à avoir utilisé le terme d’enveloppe psychique pour décrire les structures frontalières, limitantes, enveloppantes et contenantes du psychisme.La localisation de l’enveloppe aux frontières des espaces psychiques qui s’appuient sur le contact peau-peau avec le corps de la mère, la participation du modèle des enveloppes psychique et de la fonction contenante dans la pratique dermatologique, constituent la préoccupation majeure de notre recherche autour de psoriasis.\nNotre contribution compte apporter une réponse à la question concernant la qualité des enveloppes psychiques et la fonction contenante dans cette maladie de peau à travers l’entretien semi-directif, le Rorschach et la figure complexe de Rey.\nNous présenterons une illustration clinique que nous avons recueilli dans le cadre de notre recherche au sein du service de dermatologie du CHU de Constantine a fin de montrer les défaillances possibles du moi-peau, de la fonction contenante et le fonctionnement psychologique qui les accompagnent dans les trois épreuves utilisées\n |
