| المستخلص: | The research work aims to understand the impact of the integration of both the principles of governance and the balanced scorecard on activating the performance of business facilities on the air transport sector in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The study relied on testing a set of hypotheses on the extent to which governance principles, mechanisms, and the key dimensions underpinning a balanced scorecard can be integrated.\nThe research work relied on both scientific research methodologies, i.e., deductive and inductive. The research work addressed the role of corporate governance principles and mechanisms in activating the strategic performance of business establishments. It then addressed the balanced scorecard as a strategic entry point for activating corporate governance as a general environment for businesses. The study concluded by presenting a proposed framework to activate the performance of business establishments through the integration between the balanced scorecard and the principles of corporate governance by applying to facilities operating in the air transport sector in the Arab Republic of Egypt. \nThe study reached a range of findings, including there is a correlation between the implementation of the balanced scorecard entry and the activation of corporate governance principles. The innovation and learning dimension of the card has been found to be an influential factor in improving performance in business facilities. The factors influencing governance were the responsibilities of the Board of Directors, followed by equal treatment of shareholders. The study also demonstrated the invalidity of the proposed entry through the statistical tests included in the field study.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 استهدف العمل البحثي تأثير تكامل كلا من مبادئ الحوكمة وبطاقة الأداء المتوازن على تفعيل أداء منشآت الأعمال وذلك على قطاع النقل الجوي بجمهورية مصر العربية. ولقد اعتمدت الدراسة على اختبار مجموعة من الفروض تتعلق بمدى إمكانية التكامل بين مبادئ وآليات الحوكمة والأبعاد الرئيسية التي تقوم عليها بطاقة الأداء المتوازن. \nوفي سبيل تحقيق ذلك اعتمد العمل البحثي على كلأ من منهجي البحث العلمي: الاستنباطي والاستقرائي، حيث تناول العمل البحثي دور مبادئ وآليات حوكمة الشركات في تفعيل الأداء الاستراتيجي لمنشآت الأعمال. ثم تناول العمل البحثي بطاقة الأداء المتوازن كمدخل استراتيجي لتفعيل حوكمة الشركات كبيئة عامة لمنشآت الأعمال. ولقد انتهت الدراسة بتقديم إطار مقترح لتفعيل أداء منشآت الأعمال من خلال التكامل بين بطاقة الأداء المتوازن ومبادئ حوكمة الشركات بالتطبيق على المنشآت العاملة بقطاع النقل الجوي بجمهورية مصر العربية. \nولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج ومنها: وجود علاقة ارتباط بين تطبيق مدخل بطاقة الأداء المتوازن وتفعيل مبادئ حوكمة الشركات حيث تبين أن بعد الابتكار والتعلم للبطاقة هو العامل المؤثر على تحسين الأداء بمنشآت الأعمال وأن العوامل المؤثرة بالنسبة للحوكمة كانت مسئوليات مجلس الإدارة يليها المعاملة المتساوية للمساهمين كما أثبتت الدراسة عدم صلاحية المدخل المقترح من خلال الاختبارات الإحصائية التي تضمنتها الدراسة الميدانية.\n |
