| المستخلص: | للحركة النسائية المغربية تاريخ حافل يمتد إلى الأربعينات من القرن الماضي. وأخذت هذه الحركة أشكالا منها العمل السياسي والكتابة النسائية والعمل الجمعوي. وقد عرفت قضية المرأة منذ هذه المرحلة تحولات تتجلى في خروج المرأة للفضاء العام ومشاركتها في تحمل الأعباء المادية للأسرة، ومساهمتها في إقرار حقوق الإنسان والديمقراطية والعدالة الاجتماعية في المغرب. ومع بداية الثمانينات من القرن الماضي برز الوعي لدى الحركات النسائية بضرورة استقلاليات نشاطاتها من أجل فرض حقوقها المدنية والسياسية عن النشاط الحزبي لضمان إسماع صوتها في المجال العام وإقرار مساواتها، فبادرت إلى تأسيس الجمعيات النسائية بعيدا عن التصورات الحزبية، التي غالبا ما كانت تخضعها للتوافقات السياسية المرتبطة برهانات السلطة والنفاذ إلى مراكز القرار، أو تقدم تنازلات بشأنها. وقد نجحت الحركة النسائية في إعطاء بعد إيجابي لنشاطها في محالات التنسيق وتكثيف الجهود والعمل المشترك لخوض معارك نضالية مطلبيه إستراتيجية في إطار لجان وتكتلات، كما نجحت في إقناع العديد من القطاعات الحزبية والنقابية والجمعيات غير النسائية في تبنى قضيتها والنضال إلى جانبها من أجل تحديث المجتمع ودمقرطته وإقامة أسسه على المساواة بين جميع مكوناته، ولعل أهم مكسب للحركة النسائية هو التعديلات الجديدة في مدونة الأسرة. The Moroccan feminism movement has rich history extend to the forties of the last century. This movement took forms such as the political work, women writing, the association work. Since this stage , issue of woman witnessed changes which are clear in woman coming out to the public space and participating in bearing the material burdens of the family and her contributing in establishing human rights, democracy and the social justice in Morocco. At the beginning of the eighties of the last century, feminism movement began to be aware of the necessity of being independent in the activities to impose her political and civil rights of the party activities to guarantee that her voice to be heard in the general range and establish her equality. So she started to found the women's association away from the party ideas which mostly subjugate her to the political harmonies linked to bets of the power and get access to decision making centers or to give concessions on them. The woman movement managed to give a positive dimension of its activities in fields of coordination, concentration of efforts and common action to enter strategic struggle for demand in framework of committees and blocks. It also managed to convince several partisan sectors, syndicates and the non-feminism associations to adopt her cause and fight for society updating and democratization and to establish its bases on equality among all its elements. The most important gain of the feminism movement is the new amendments in family’s record. |
