| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن التباين بين فئات التعاطي (الترامادول- الهروين- الحشيش) في اضطراب المسلك والشخصية المضادة للمجتمع، وفحص العلاقة بين اضطراب المسلك واضطراب الشخصية المضادة للمجتمع لدى مجموعات الدراسة المختلفة (الترامادول- الهروين- الحشيش)، واستخلاص التجمعات التصنيفية لفئات التعاطي (الترامادول- الهروين- الحشيش) وفقا لدرجاتهم على مقاييس اضطراب المسلك واضطراب الشخصية المضادة للمجتمع، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي المقارن. واستخدمت الباحثة استمارة جمع البيانات من إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس اضطراب المسلك من إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس اضطراب الشخصية المضادة للمجتمع من إعداد الباحثة، وذلك لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة على تساؤلاتها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (163) معتمدا عقاقريا تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين: المجموعة الأولى (العينة الاستطلاعية) بلغ قوامها (۸۰) وذلك للتحقق من الكفاءة السيكومترية لأدوات الدراسة المجموعة الثانية (عينة الدراسة الأساسية) وبلغ قوامها (۸۳) مدمنا ويمثلون ثلاثة أنواع من أنواع العقاقير المسببة للإدمان تم توزيعهم على النحو الآتي: (٢٤) معتمدا ممن يتعاطون عقار الترامادول، (٣٦) معتمدا ممن يتعاطون عقار الهيروين، (۲۳) معتمدا ممن يتعاطون عقار الحشيش، تراوحت أعمارهم من (٢٥- ٥٥) سنة بمتوسط عمري (36.70)، وانحراف معياري (7.63)، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عن: وجود علاقة إيجابية بين اضطراب المسلك واضطراب الشخصية المضادة للمجتمع لدى متعاطي الهروين، ومتعاطي الترامادول، وإمكانية تنبؤ (اضطراب المسلك) بالشخصية المضادة للمجتمع لدى متعاطي الهروين ومتعاطي الترامادول، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متعاطي الترامادول ومتعاطي الحشيش ومتعاطي الهروين في اضطراب المسلك على (بعد العدوان البدني وإرهاب الآخرين) في اتجاه متعاطي الترامادول ومتعاطي الهروين، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين فئات التعاطي الثلاث (الترامادول- الحشيش- الهروين) في اضطراب الشخصية المضادة للمجتمع. ووجود تجمعات تصنيفية مميزة لفئات التعاطي (الترامادول- الهروين- الحشيش) تبعا لمتغيرات الشخصية المميزة لهم. The study aimed to reveal the discrepancy between the categories of abuse (tramadol - heroin - hashish) in behavior disorder and anti-social personality, and to examine the relationship between behavior disorder and anti-social personality disorder in the different study groups (tramadol - heroin - hashish), and to extract the taxonomic groups of categories Abuse (tramadol - heroin - hashish) according to their scores on the conduct disorder and antisocial personality scales, The comparative correlative descriptive method was used. The researcher used )the data collection, the conduct disorder scale, and the anti-social personality disorder scale (prepared by the researcher, in order to achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions. The exploratory sample) consisted of (80) in order to verify the psychometric efficiency of the study tools. The second group (the basic study sample) consisted of (83) addicts representing three types of addictive drugs, they were distributed as follows: (24) approved by those who take drug Tramadol, (36) approved for heroin abusers, (23) approved for cannabis drug users, their ages ranged from (25-55) years, with an average age of (36.70), and a standard deviation of (7.63), The results of the study revealed: the existence of a positive relationship between conduct disorder and antisocial personality disorder among heroin abusers and tramadol abusers, and the possibility of predicting (behaviour disorder) in antisocial personality among heroin abusers and tramadol abusers, and the presence of statistically significant differences between tramadol abusers, cannabis abusers and heroin abusers in Conduct disorder on me (after physical aggression and terrorizing others) in favor of tramadol abusers and heroin abusers, and there are no statistically significant differences between the three categories of abuse (tramadol - hashish - heroin) in antisocial personality disorder, And the existence of distinct taxonomic groups for the categories of abuse (tramadol - heroin - hashish) according to the personality variables characteristic of them. |
