| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى تحليل الآثار الاقتصادية للتلوث بصفة عامة وفي ليبيا بصفة خاصة، وقياس أثر التلوث على النمو الاقتصادي في ليبيا، وإيجاد سبل تشجيع الاستثمار وتقليل الفجوة بين الأغنياء والفقراء من أجل حياة كريمة، وذلك سعيا لتوضيح أفضل السبل التي تساعد للوصول إلى التنمية المستدامة باستخدام الطاقة النظيفة، وتحديد مدى إمكانية المضي نحو الاستثمار في الطاقات الجديدة والمتجددة مثل الرياح والطاقة الشمسية من أجل تحقيق تنمية مستدامة تصاحبها آثار بيئية نظيفة غير ضارة وآثار اجتماعية لإعادة التوازن البيئي وتقليل الفجوة بين الأغنياء والفقراء، ويقوم البحث على محاولة اختبار صحة الفرض التالي: توجد آثار سلبية للتلوث على النمو الاقتصادي في ليبيا، وتم الاعتماد على الأسلوب الاستقرائي، وذلك في جانب الدراسة النظري بالاستعانة بالمراجع العربية والأجنبية، بالإضافة إلى إتباع الأسلوب الوصفي الذي يصف الظاهرة محل البحث، كما تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي عند تحليل بيانات البحث، والمنهج القياسي عند قياس العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة المستقلة والتابعة، باستخدام برنامج Spss وتبين من نتائج البحث صحة الفرض البحثي، وعليه أوصي البحث بالعمل على إعادة تنظيم التوطن الصناعي العشوائي غير المخطط، وذلك من خلال عدم السماح بأية توسعات في الصناعات القائمة في المدن السكنية ونقل الأنشطة خارج كردون المدن مع وضع اللوائح لمنع إقامة مشروعات صناعية داخل الكتلة السكنية. The research aims to analyze the economic effects of pollution in general and in Libya in particular, measure the impact of pollution on economic growth in Libya, find ways to encourage investment and reduce the gap between the rich and the poor for a decent life, in an effort to clarify the best ways to help reach sustainable development using energy. Clean, and determine the extent of the possibility of moving towards investing in new and renewable energies such as wind and solar energy in order to achieve sustainable development accompanied by clean, harmless environmental impacts and social impacts to restore the environmental balance and reduce the gap between the rich and the poor, and the research is based on an attempt to test the validity of the following hypothese: that there are negative effects of pollution on economic growth in Libya, and the inductive method has been relied on, in the aspect of the theoretical study with the help of Arab and foreign references, in addition to following the descriptive method that describes the phenomenon in question. Also, the analytical approach was relied upon when analyzing the research data, and the standard approach when measuring the relationship between the study variables The independent and dependent, using the Spss program, and the research results showed the validity of the two research hypotheses. Therefore, the research recommends working to reorganize the random, unplanned industrial settlement, by not allowing any expansions in the existing industries in residential cities and the transfer of activities outside the cities cordon while putting in place regulations to prevent Establishing industrial projects within the residential cluster. |
