| المستخلص: | تناول هذا البحث الجوانب القانونية الدولية لمكافحة جريمة الاتجار بالبشر باعتبارها جريمة دولية يتجاوز تأثيرها حدود الدولة الواحدة، وتمت الإشارة إلى أهم التشريعات الدولية والإقليمية، مع النظام الداخلي لمكافحة جريمة الاتجار بالبشر بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك بعد التطرق إلى أبرز الموضوعات المتعلقة بجريمة الاتجار بالبشر. ويشكل هذا أهمية كبيرة؛ نظرًا لخطورة هذه الجريمة وانتشارها وتزايد أعداد ضحاياها في المجتمعات الداخلية والدولية، مما جعلها تعد من أكبر الجرائم التي تهدد المجتمع البشري؛ لصعوبة الحصول على أدلة الإدانة فيها، ولاستهدافها أضعف فئات المجتمع ألا وهم النساء والأطفال، كما هدف البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على صور هذه الجريمة، والأسباب وراء انتشارها بالإضافة إلى الآثار المترتبة عليها على جميع الأصعدة، كما تطرق هذا البحث إلى أبرز الجهود الدولية لمكافحة هذه الجريمة. وأسفر البحث عن مدى صعوبة حصر جميع أشكال جريمة الاتجار بالبشر لتنوعها وتعدد أشكالها وتجددها، كما انتهى إلى ضرورة تكثيف الجهد من خلال سن التشريعات والأنظمة الداخلية والدولية لمكافحة هذه الجريمة. This research focuses on the international legal aspects of combating the crime of human trafficking as an international crime with consequences that extend beyond the borders of a single state. after addressing the most prominent issues related to the crime of human trafficking, the most important international and regional legislations were referred to, along with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's internal system for fighting human trafficking. In connection with what has already been stated, the focal point of this study is both theoretical and practical. Considering the seriousness of this crime, its spread, and the increasing number of victims for both domestic and international communities, the research aimed to shed light on the images of this crime, the reasons for its spread, as well as its effects, in addition to clarifying the nature of this crime and portraying it in a proper way, particularly since the society is new to dealing with this crime. The most prominent worldwide attempts to combat this crime were also discussed in this study. The research revealed how difficult it is to enumerate all forms of the crime of human trafficking due to its diversity, multiplicity of forms and its renewal. |
