| المستخلص: | تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى بيان الجذور التاريخية لأرباب الألفاظ في تفسير النصوص واستقراء ملامح انتشارهم ونسبة المذاهب الفقهية المعروفة إلى هذه النزعة، وقد سلكت الدراسة منهجا استقرائيا، بتتبع جزئيات الموضوع من المصادر المختلفة، ثم لم شتاتها، ومنهجا نقديا، بالوقوف على آراء الدارسين ونقدها وبيان ما لها وما عليها، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن منهج أهل الألفاظ منهج بشري قديم في فهم الشرائع، ولا يختص بالعلوم الإسلامية وحدها، وأن العلوم الإسلامية لم تخل- في مختلف ميادينها- من نزعة الميل إلى الظواهر والألفاظ عند أقوام، وأن من أبرز ملامح الانتشار والنسبة لأرباب الألفاظ: أنهم على مستوى الجزئيات لا يحدهم زمان معين، ولا يحصر هم مكان معين، ولا يحصيهم مذهب معين، رغم أن الظاهرية أقرب المذاهب إلى تمثل هذه النزعة لقبا ومضمونا على المستوى الكلي القاعدي. This study seeks to clarify the historical roots of the ‘masters of words’ in Islamic law, and extrapolates the features of their propagation and their attribution premises in the known jurisprudential schools. The study follows an inductive approach by tracking the parts of the topic from different sources, and then it adopts a critical approach in the study and evaluation of scholarly opinions. The study concludes that this trend was present in legal schools in ancient times; that it is not specific to Islamic sciences alone, and that Islamic sciences- in their various fields- are not devoid of the propensity towards trends and words among people. The most prominent characterizations that can mark the dissemination of this trend is that this tendency is not limited by a specific time and not confined to a specific place on the level of particularities. Besides, they are not contained by a specific doctrine, although Zahiriyahs are the closest among the juristic doctrines to represent this tendency, in terms of designation and content, on the macro level. |
