| 520 | |a تأتي هذه الدراسة البحثية لتسليط الضوء على إشكالية المرض والصحة وارتباطهما بالبني الثقافية والأنساق العاداتية للأسرة الجزائرية، فبالرغم من التحديث المجتمعي الذي مس مختلف الميادين الحياتية والذي حول الأسرة من النمط التقليدي المؤسس على متغير الدين والعادات، إلى النمط الحداثي القائم على شبكة القيم والمعايير الجديدة ذات المنعكس الغربي، هذا من جهة ومن جهة أخرى وبالرغم من التطور التكنولوجي والتقني في مجالي التطبيب والصيدلة والثقافة الصحية، إلا إننا لا نزال نستنطق مجموعة من الممارسات العلاجية والأفعال والسلوكات الوقائية ذات الطابع التقليدي غير العلمي وهو ما يعرف في المجتمع الجزائري بالطب البديل، حيث يتميز بالقداسة نظرا لارتباطه المباشر بالنسق الثقافي وبالمقدس الديني اللذان يمثلان الذاكرة الجماعية للأفراد، وهذا ما ساهم في شرعنته وإثباته من خلال الرجوع لتلك الخبرة الممارساتية والنصوص الإثباتية، وما زاد من استمرارية وتطور الطب البديل هو إيجاد فضاء حداثي جديد كالوسائط المتعددة والمؤسسات الإعلامية والجماهيرية التي تأطر المخيال الجمعي والقيمي للأسرة المعاصرة لتبني بذلك وتكون مجالا عاما يجمع مختلف الفاعلين والممارسين لهذا النوع من الممارسة الصحية. |b This study seeks to shed light on the rationale related to the disease and health and their link with the cultural structures and the system of habits of the Algerian family, despite the societal modernization that affected several fields of life. This transformed the traditional style of family, based on the religion and customs variable, to the modern style based on new values and norms with a reflex. On the other hand, and despite the technological and technical development in the medical domains, pharmacy, culture and health, we put into question a number of therapeutic practices, of actions and of non-scientific, traditional preventive behaviors, which we call in the Algerian society, alternative medicine. The latter is characterized by a holy character given the fact that it is related to the cultural model and to the holy religion, which represent the collective memory of individuals, and which contributed to its legitimacy and its evidence, referring to this practice, to the experience and to the proved texts. Another reason that helped increase the continuity and development of alternative medicine is The creation of a new modern space such as multimedia and media institutions, which represent a framework for the collective imagination and the value of the contemporary family to adopt it and be a public place which gather different actors and practitioners of this type of health practice. | ||
