| 520 | |a يعالج هذا البحث إشكالية التعامل مع النص المقدس بما ينسجم مع دلالاته، ويتسق مع مقاصده، وانطلاقًا من ذلك كان ترسيخ قيمة التعامل الراشد مع النص، بلا إفراط ولا تفريط، أهم دوافع الاشتغال على هذا الموضوع، وتبعًا لذلك اتبعت فيه منهجًا وصفيًا تحليليًا يرصد تجليات الظاهرة سبيلًا إلى وضع حلول ناجعة، وقد اشتمل البحث على مطلبين هما: المطلب الأول: التعامل مع النص قديمًا. المطلب الثاني: التعامل القاصر مع النص آثاره وعواقبه. وتوصلت إلى بعض الخلاصات والتوصيات، من أهمها: -إعادة الاعتبار للنص الشرعي وفصله عن تراكمات التاريخ، وما علق به من مخلفات المواريث الاجتماعية. -التمسك بالنص الشرعي الثابت دلالة وورودًا. -إعادة الاعتبار إلى المرجعيات العلمية. -نزع القداسة عن غير المقدس مع تثمين كل نخب الأمة وقادة الرأي فيها دون مغالاة. -الابتعاد عن الإرهاب الفكري. -اعتماد الحوار والمراجعة الفكرية منهجًا في التعامل مع الغلاة ما وجد إلى ذلك سبيل. -تطوير الدرس العقدي حتى ينسجم مع واقع التطور العلمي. |b This research addresses the problem of how to deal with sacred texts in a way that is consistent with their indications and in accordance with their aims. The study emphasizes the importance of a proper and balanced approach to the text, without excess or deficiency. The main reasons for focusing on this issue are outlined, and a descriptive analytical method is followed to identify the manifestations of the phenomenon in order to provide sound solutions. The research is divided into two main topics dealing with the insufficient understanding of ancient texts: their effects and consequences. The research concludes with some findings and recommendations, the most important of which are: -Rethinking the Shari’a text and separating it from the accumulations of historical baggage and social heritage. - Adhering to the established and clear text of the Shari’a. - Returning to scientific references. - Removing reverence from the non-sacred and valuing all segments of society and opinion leaders without exaggeration. - Avoiding intellectual terrorism. - Adopt dialogue and intellectual review as a method of dealing with extremism. - Developing the curriculum in line with scientific progress. | ||
