| المستخلص: | تناول البحث كيف أن الممارسات الخاطئة في مجال العمل، وانتشار الفساد والانحلال الخلقي في المعاملات وسوء الإدارة كانوا نتاجا لعدم تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة رأس المال البشري وأخلاقيات العمل، وذلك من خلال الترابط المباشر الموجود بينهما، حيث أن القيم والمبادئ التي تعني بها حوكمة رأس المال البشري مثل الشفافية والعدالة والمسائلة تمثل أيضا في جوهرها مواضع اهتمام أخلاقيات العمل وهذا ما لمسناه في بحثنا على مؤسسة موبليس. قامت دراسة الحالة على مؤسسة موبليس بشار باستعمال الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات والمنهج الوصفي في التحليل والاستعانة ببرنامج SPSS حيث خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أثر كبير لحوكمة رأس المال البشري على تعزيز أخلاقيات العمل في المؤسسة. The research dealt with how wrong practices in the field of work, the spread of corruption and moral decay in transactions and mismanagement were a result of the lack of application of the principles of human capital governance and work ethics, through the direct interrelationship between them, as the values and principles that concern human capital governance Such as transparency, justice and accountability also represent, in their essence, areas of concern for work ethics, and this is what we saw in our research on the Moblis Foundation. The case study on Mobilis Bashar Foundation used the questionnaire to collect information and the descriptive method in the analysis and the use of the SPSS program, where the results of the study concluded that there is a significant impact of human capital governance on enhancing work ethics in the institution.
