| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على الموقف الأخلاقي الذي اتخذه الفلاسفة المعاصرون من الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة. وتحقيقيًا لهذا الهدف الذي يرنو إليه الباحث وجد أنه من الضروري أن يكشف النقاب عن: ما المقصود بمصطلح "الإعاقة" كما حدده بعض الفلاسفة المعاصرين المهتمين بالإعاقة؟، كما حاول بيان الموقف الأخلاقي الذي اتخذه بعض الفلاسفة المعاصرين، وقد توصل إلى أن الفلاسفة المعاصرين قد اتخذوا موقفين معارضين من الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، هما: الموقف المؤيد للإعاقة وهو الذي يدافع أنصاره عن الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة ولا يفرق بينهم وبين الأشخاص الأصحاء، والموقف المعارض للإعاقة وهو الذي يحاول أنصاره أن يقللوا من شأنهم ولا ينظروا إليهم مثلما ينظرون إلى الأشخاص الأصحاء، بالتالي كان من الضروري أن يعرض الباحث لرأيه في هذين الموقفين المتعارضين، حيث وجدناه يميل إلى اعتناق الموقف المؤيد للإعاقة؛ لاعتقاده بأن هذا الموقف المؤيد للإعاقة يستطيع أن يتغلب على التحديات التي تواجه الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، ويؤكد على مساواتهم بالأشخاص الأصحاء. وحرصًا من الباحث على تدعيم رأيه وجد أن هناك عددًا لا بأس به من الفلاسفة المعاصرين قيد أيدوا الموقف الذي تبناه من ذي قبل، بل كانت لهم جهود طيبة في الإعلاء من مكانة الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، وكذا محاولة دمجهم داخل المجتمع. This study aims to identify the ethical position of contemporary philosophers towards persons with disabilities. In order to achieve this goal, the researcher found it necessary to identify what is meant by the term "disability" as defined by some contemporary philosophers who are interested in disability. He also tried to explain the ethical position taken by some contemporary philosophers in that respect. He concluded that contemporary philosophers have taken two opposing positions towards persons with disabilities: the pro-disability position, which advocates people with disabilities and does not differentiate between them and healthy people, and the opposing position whose supporters try to underestimate them and do not look at them in the way they look at healthy people. Thus, it was necessary for the researcher to present his opinion on these two opposing positions, as we found him inclined to embrace the pro-disability position because he believes that this pro-disability position can overcome the challenges facing people with disabilities. Moreover, he emphasizes their equality with healthy people. As the researcher seeks to support his opinion, he found that there are a good number of contemporary philosophers who supported the position he had previously adopted. Rather, they did good efforts in raising the status of persons with disabilities, and also tried to integrate them into society. |
