| 520 | |b The objective through this article is to evaluate the consequences of the implementation of an ERP system on the performance of companies. To do so, we have retained four dimensions of performance: the financial dimension, the organizational dimension, the social dimension and the external dimension. We have realize a case study of the Port Company of Bejaia that had implemented its ERP system few years ago. The results of our survey showed that the link between ERPs and financial performance is ambiguous and difficult to explain. While it had medium effects on social performance and external performance, its effects are more visible and more significant on organizational performance. |d L’objectif à travers cet article est d’évaluer les conséquences de l’implantation d’un système ERP sur la performance des entreprises. Pour ce faire, nous avons retenu quatre dimensions de la performance : la dimension financière, la dimension organisationnelle, la dimension sociale et la dimension externe. Nous avons réalisé une étude de cas de l’Entreprise Portuaire de Bejaia qui a mis en place son système ERP depuis quelques années. Les résultats de notre enquête ont montré que le lien entre les ERP et la performance financière est ambigüe et difficile à expliquer. Alors qu’il a eu des effets moyens sur performance sociale et la performance externe et ses effets sont plus visibles et plus considérables sur la performance organisationnelle. | ||
