| المستخلص: | تناولت الدراسة دور التخطيط الاستراتيجي في رفع كفاءة الأداء وتحقيق أهداف المنظمة، دراسة حالة ببنك تنمية الصادرات ولاية الخرطوم. والتعرف على وضوح مفهوم التخطيط الاستراتيجي وممارسته عمليا في البنك، وتمثلت المشكلة في أن التخطيط الاستراتيجي من أهم العوامل التي تساعد في رفع كفاءة الأداء وتحقيق أهداف المنظمة ولكن توجد بعض المعوقات التي تواجه عملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي في بنك تنمية الصادرات ولاية الخرطوم، تتمثل هذه المعوقات في مدى وضوع مفهوم التخطيط الاستراتيجي ومدى اهتمام إدارة البنك بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وصممت استبانة لجمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ قدره (110) وباستخدام الطرق الإحصائية منها الجداول التكرارية، النسب المئوية، الأشكال البيانية، الوسيط، اختبار مربع كاي، معامل ألفاكرونباخ وجميع البيانات من المستهدفين الإداريين، الاقتصاديين، المحاسبيين، المصارف، أخرى واستجابة (87) فردا بعد ملئها بكل المعلومات المطلوبة أما الباقي عدد (25) استبانة التي لم يتم ملئها لأسباب إجازات سنوية. توصلت الدراسة إلى: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية في معرفة مفاهيم وأساليب التخطيط الاستراتيجي في بنك تنمية الصادرات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: وجود خبرات عالية في البنك ساعدت في التخطيط السليم واتخاذ القرارات، وكشفت الدراسة أن هناك اهتمام من قبل الإدارة العليا لعملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي وذلك أدى إلى رفع كفاءة الأداء من خلال إجابات المبحوثين بنسبة (78%) كما أوصت الدراسة: بضرورة زيادة الاهتمام بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي من خلال توفير الإمكانيات التي تعمل على استمرار عملية التخطيط، العمل على تقليل التضخم وتوحيد سعر الصرف، ضرورة فتح فروع أخري للبنك في باقي الولايات والمحليات أيضا. The study examined the role of strategic planning in raising the efficiency of performance and achieving the goals of the organization, a case study at the Export Development Bank in Khartoum State. And knowing the clarity of the concept of strategic planning and practicing it in practice in the bank, and the problem was that strategic planning is one of the most important factors that help in raising the efficiency of performance and achieving the goals of the organization, but there are some obstacles that face the process of strategic planning in the Export Development Bank in Khartoum State, these obstacles are in the extent of The concept of strategic planning and the extent of interest of the bank’s management in strategic planning. A descriptive approach was used. A questionnaire was designed to collect data from the study population of (110) and using statistical methods including frequency tables, percentages, shapes. Jains, intermediate, chi square test, Alvakronbach coefficient and all data from the target administrators, economists, Mahasbeyen, banks, and other response (87) individuals after filling all the required information and the remaining number (25) questionnaire that have not been filled for reasons annual leave. The study concluded that: There is a statistically significant relationship in knowing the concepts and methods of strategic planning in the Export Development Bank. The study reached several results, including: the presence of high expertise in the bank that helped in proper planning and decision-making, and the study revealed that there is interest by the higher management of the strategic planning process and this led to raising the efficiency of performance through the respondent’s answers by (78%) as the study recommended: The need to increase interest in strategic planning by providing the capabilities that work to continue the planning process, work to reduce inflation and unify the exchange rate, the need to open other branches of the bank in other states and localities as well. |
