| المستخلص: | استهدفت الدراسة الراهنة إسهامات تكنيكات طريقة العمل مع الجماعات في تنمية المهارات الإنتاجية للشباب الجامعي في ضوء متطلبات سوق العمل من خلال تحديد تكنيك المناقشة الجماعية في طريقة العمل مع الجماعات وتنمية المهارات الإنتاجية للشباب الجامعي، وتحديد تكنيك لعب الدور العمل مع الجماعات في تنمية المهارات الإنتاجية للشباب الجامعي، وتحديد تكنيك الندوات العمل مع الجماعات في تنمية المهارات الإنتاجية للشباب الجامعي، وتحديد تكنيك التواصل الإلكتروني العمل مع الجماعات في تنمية المهارات الإنتاجية للشباب الجامعي، تكنيك الزيارات الميدانية العمل مع الجماعات في تنمية المهارات الإنتاجية للشباب الجامعي، وتحديد المعوقات التي تواجه استخدام تكنيكات طريقة العمل مع الجماعات وتنمية المهارات الإنتاجية للشباب الجامعي، التوصل إلى برنامج مقترح لتفعيل استخدام تكنيكات طريقة العمل مع الجماعات في تنمية المهارات الإنتاجية للشباب الجامعي، كما تحدد نوع هذه الدراسة في الدراسات الوصفية، باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بإدارات رعاية الشباب بالجامعة وعددهم ٢١ أخصائي ومسح اجتماعي بالعينة للطلاب كليات جامعة أسيوط وعددهم ١٢١، ومستخدمة استمارة استبيان للأخصائيين بإدارات رعاية الشباب بالجامعة واستمارة استبيان للشباب الجامعي. The current study aimed contributions of techniques social group work method and the development of productive skills for university youth in light of the requirements of the labor market by defining the technique of discussion group in social group work method in developing productive skills for university youth, and determining the technique of role playing social group work method and developing productive skills for university youth, in identifying Symposium Technical in social group work method in developing productive skills for university youth, Determining the electronic communication technique, social group work method in developing productive skills for university youth in light of the requirements of the labor market, the technique of field visits, social group work method in developing productive skills for university youth, identifying the obstacles facing the use of techniques of social work method and developing productive skills for university youth, arriving at a proposed program To activate the use of the techniques of social group work and developing the productive skills of university youth in light of the requirements of the labor market. The type of this study was also determined in descriptive studies, using the comprehensive social survey approach for social workers in the youth care departments of the university, numbering 21 social worker, and a sample social survey of students from 121 faculties of Assiut University, using a questionnaire form for specialists in youth welfare departments at the university and a questionnaire form for university youth. |
