| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان جانب مهم من جوانب محاسن النظام الخلقي في الإسلام، وذلك عن طريق بيان الجزاء المترتب على الأخلاق، ببيان مفهوم المسؤولية، وجوانبها، وأنواعها، وبيان شيء من خصائصها، مع الموازنة بما كان عليه الجزاء في العصر الجاهلي، والغرض من ذلك الكشف عن عظمة الارتقاء الذي أحدثه الإسلام في النظام الأخلاقي. وقد جعلته في: مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة، تحدثت في المقدمة عن مشكلة البحث، وأهدافه، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، أما التمهيد فقد جعلته لبيان أبرز المفردات في عنوان البحث، وبينت في المبحث الأول: الأخلاق في الجاهلية، ومصادرها، ثم تحدثت عن المسؤولية الخلقية في الجاهلية، مبينا بعض صورها، ثم تحدثت في المبحث الثاني عن المسؤولية الخلقية في الإسلام، مبينا أهم أنواعها وأبرز معالمها، ثم عقدت في المبحث الثالث موازنة بين المسؤولية الخلقية في الجاهلية والإسلام، مبينا أهم الفروق بينهما، ثم ختمت البحث بجملة من النتائج والتوصيات. This research aims aims to clarify an important aspect of the merits of the moral system in Islam, by clarifying the penalty imposed on morals, by clarifying the concept of responsibility, its aspects, and types, and clarifying some of its characteristics, with a comparison with what the penalty was in the pre-Islamic era, and the purpose of that Revealing the greatness of the progress brought about by Islam in the moral system. I made it into: an introduction, a preface, three chapters, and a conclusion. In the introduction, I talked about the research problem, its objectives, previous studies, and the research plan. As for the preamble, I made it to explain the most prominent vocabulary in the title of the research, and it showed in the first topic: ethics in ignorance, and its sources, then I talked about moral responsibility in ignorance, showing some of its images, then I talked in the second topic about moral responsibility in Islam, showing the most important types and most prominent features Then, in the third topic, a comparison was held between moral responsibility in the pre-Islamic era and Islam, showing the most important differences between them, and then concluded the research with a set of results and recommendations. |
