| المستخلص: | موضوع الدراسة: بيان منهج الدعوة الإسلامية في التصدي لمخاطر الخطاب الثوري "دراسة على أمن المجتمعات المسلمة"، من حيث الكشف عن مخاطره، وأبرز صوره، وآثاره، وبيان سبل الوقاية والعلاج منه، على ضوء منهج الدعوة الإسلامية القويم. هدف البحث: بيان مخاطر الخطاب الثوري وأبرز صوره، والكشف عن آثاره، والمساهمة في إبراز منهج الدعوة الإسلامية الوقائي في تحصين المجتمعات المسلمة ضد الخطاب الثوري الهدام، والعلاجي لآثاره السيئة، وتوجيه الخطاب الدعوي إلى نشر سماحة دين الإسلام، ووسطيته، وشموله، ونبذ جميع مظاهر الغلو والتطرف، والحث على الالتزام بمبادئ الإسلام وأصوله التي تؤدي إلى؛ تحقيق السلم، والأمن، والأمان، والاستقرار في المجتمعات. منهج البحث: الوصفي التحليلي، نظرا لطبيعة الموضوع الذي يقتضي الكشف عن مخاطر الخطاب الثوري، وأبرز صوره، وآثاره في المجتمعات المسلمة، ووصفه من خلال ما سيظهر له، ثم تحليله ونقده على ضوء منهج الدعوة الإسلامية القويم. وقد جاءت الدراسة في؛ مقدمة ومبحثين، وكل مبحث يحتوي على عدة مطالب، فالمبحث الأول في بيان: مخاطر الخطاب الثوري: وأبرز صوره، وآثاره على أمن المجتمعات المسلمة، والمبحث الثاني في بيان: دور منهج الدعوة الإسلامية في التصدي لمخاطر الخطاب الثوري من حيث الوقاية والعلاج. أهم النتائج: منها: ١-مدى خطورة الخطاب الثوري الهدام على أمن واستقرار المجتمعات المسلمة، وفي تدهور أحوالها: الدينية، والاجتماعية، والاقتصادية، والسياسة، وما حدث في بلدان ما يسمى بالربيع العربي، من زعزعة الأمن والاستقرار فيها خير شاهد لذلك، حيث كان للخطاب الثوري؛ دور كبير في تحريض الأفراد والشعوب للقيام بالمسيرات والمظاهرات والعصيان المدني، ضد ولاة أمورها، مما أثر سلباً على أمنها واستقرارها. 2-الاستغلال السيئ للخطاب الثوري في المجتمعات المسلمة، ووضع الصبغة الشرعية له بإخراجه في قوالب شرعية؛ كالإصلاح، والنصيحة، والأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر، مما قد يجذب الكثير من فئات المجتمع إلى الانحراف والوقوع في أشراكه، والسعي في تقويض أنظمة الحكم، كالقيام بالعصيان المدني، والخروج للمظاهرات سواء أكانت سلمية أم تخريبية، وقد تنتهي بالعصيان المسلح. ٣-أهمية العناية بالدراسات والبحوث العلمية التي تكشف مخاطر الخطاب الثوري في المجتمعات المسلمة، وتبين ضرورة معالجة آثار قبل استفحال الضرر فيها. Subject of the Study: The dangers of destructive revolutionary rhetoric that seeks to undermine the principle of the necessity of heeding and obedience to the custodian of Muslim affairs in Muslim societies by inciting the peoples against their rulers and custodian of their affairs, by exploiting several aspects, including: the leaders nonchalant attitudes to religious duties, their negligence towards the subjects, as well as the research seeks to uncover its most prominent manifestations and effects, and to explain the means of prevention against them in light of the correct approach of the Islamic call. Objective of the research: To highlight the dangers of destructive revolutionary rhetoric and its most prominent fonn in the Muslim community, and to uncover the effects of destructive revolutionary rhetoric in Muslim societies, and to contribute to highlighting the preventive approach of the Islamic Call in protecting societies against revolutionary and destructive rhetoric, and to address the effects of destructive revolutionary rhetoric, and to direct the da‘wah rhetoric towards tolerance, moderation, and comprehensiveness of the religion of Islam, rejecting all manifestations of extremism and fanaticism, and urging adherence to the principles and fundamentals of Islam that lead to achieving peace, security, safety, and stability in societies. The study is structured to include: An introduction and three chapters, and each topic contain sub-chapters. The first chapter is: Speechmaking in Islam: its concept, types, and its importance in promoting security and stability for Muslim societies, and title second chapter is: The destructive revolutionary rhetoric: its dangers, manifestations, and its impact on the security of Muslim societies, and the third chapter is on: The role of the Islamic call curriculum in countering the destructive revolutionary rhetoric. The most important findings: including: The danger of destructive revolutionary rhetoric on the security and stability of Muslim societies, and in various facets: religious, social, economic, and political, and what happened in the countries of the so-called Arab Spring, in terms of destabilizing security and stability in them, is the best witness for that, as the destructive revolutionary rhetoric was a major factor in inciting individuals and peoples to carry out civil rebellion, marches and protests against their rulers. The bad exploitation of revolutionary rhetoric in Muslim societies, and its legalization by cloaking it in the cocoon of legality, such as refonu, advice, enjoining good and forbidding evil, which may attract many groups of society to slip into deviation and fall into their traps, and striving to undenuine the ruling regimes, through civil disobedience and protests either it is peaceful or destructive, and which may culminate in anned insurgency. The importance of paying attention to scientific studies and research to counter the destructive revolutionary rhetoric in Muslim societies, and the need to address its impact before the harm worsens. |
