| 520 | |a هدفت هذه الورقة إلى معرفة فعالية الذكاء الاقتصادي في التأسيس لحوكمة إقليمية مستدامة، كون الذكاء الاقتصادي يعد آلية وطنية تعتمد على تثمين القدرات الإقليمية والمحلية. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتوضيح المقاربات النظمية والاستراتيجية للانتقال من إلى مستويات عالية من الأداء الذكي وحكامة الجماعات الإقليمية، كما تم التطرق لليقظة الاستراتيجية الإقليمية، وتوضيح إشكالية الحكامة الإقليمية وتثمين الإقليم في الجزائر. من أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أن الذكاء الاقتصادي الإقليمي ليس إلا امتداد للسياسة العمومية للذكاء الاقتصادي وتطبيق إجراءاتها على الصعيد الإقليمي والمتمثلة في الذكاء الاقتصاد الإقليمي والتي تشكل لبنة أولى لبناء شبكة إقليمية متعددة الأعوان الإقليميين لصالح الحفاظ وتعزيز تنافسية المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، ودعم الانفتاح الدولي للإقليم. | ||

| 520 | |d L'étude visait à déterminer l'efficacité de l'intelligence économique dans la création d'un gouvernement territorial durable, car l'intelligence économique est un mécanisme national fondé sur la valorisation des capacités territoriales et locales. Cette étude visait à clarifier les approches systémique et politique. Passer de la veille stratégique à la veille territoriale, c’est aussi la stratégie régionale de vigilance, et clarifier le problème de gouvernance territoriale et d’évaluation de la région algérienne. Les résultats les plus importants atteints par la veille stratégique territoriale sont une extension de la politique publique de veille stratégique et de l’application de procédures au niveau régional, ainsi que le maintien de petites et moyennes entreprises compétitives et la promotion et le soutien de l’ouverture internationale. | ||
