| 520 | |b The phenomenon of company concentration through the formation of clusters becomes an important issue for companies. The interest of these clusters is to be able to use all means and knowledge to promote innovation and increase competitiveness, based on the cooperation of all the players in the cluster. Thus, in this work, we want to highlight the importance of clusters and the experience of many developed and developing countries including Algeria specifically through Bejaia food cluster. The study of this cluster led us to deduce the non-existence of this last in the region, but nevertheless allowed the emergence of the drinking cluster. | ||
| 520 | |d Le phénomène de concentration d’entreprises via la formation de pôles de compétitivité devient pour les entreprises un enjeu important. L’intérêt de ces pôles est de pouvoir exploiter l’ensemble des moyens et connaissances pour promouvoir l’innovation et accroître la compétitivité en s’appuyant sur la coopération de l’ensemble des acteurs du pôle. C’est ainsi que dans ce travail nous voulons relever l’importance des pôles de compétitivité, ainsi que l’expérience de nombreux pays développés et en voie de développement dont l’Algérie, notamment au travers du pôle agroalimentaire de Bejaia. L’étude de ce pôle nous a amenés à déduire la non-existence de ce dernier dans la région, mais qui a néanmoins permis l’émergence du cluster boisson. | ||
