Le présent article se propose d’une part d’étudier et d’analyser les fondements de fixation des prix du pétrole et du gaz naturel, et d’autre part de déterminer les mécanismes de fixation de ces prix au sein du marché mondial du pétrole et du gaz naturel. Nous envisageons de montrer l’impact des politiques sur chacune de ces ressources énergétique.
