| 520 | |a تتناول هذه الدراسة رصداً لأنواع المجالس والمحاكم القضائية في مصر فترة الدراسة، وعرضاً لسير النظام القضائي في مصر، وأنواع القوانين والتشريعات التي طبقت في المجالس والمحاكم القضائية آنذاك، ومعرفة مدى ملائمة تلك القوانين لعادات ومعتقدات المجتمع المصري، ومحاولة الكشف عن مدى تأثر النظام القضائي المصري بالقوانين الأوروبية. يعتمد الباحث على المنهج التاريخي لتحليل وتفسير الوقائع التاريخية فترة الدراسة، واعتمدت الدراسة بشكل أساسي على مجموعة من الوثائق غير المنشورة والمحفوظة بدار الوثائق القومية بالقاهرة والوثائق المنشورة الصادرة عن الأرشيف العثماني بتركيا كما استعان الباحث بكم من المصادر والمراجع وكذلك الدوريات المتخصصة. | ||
| 520 | |f This study examines the types of judicial councils and courts in Egypt during the period of study and an overview of the functioning of the judicial system in Egypt and the types of laws and legislation applied in judicial councils and courts at the time. It also seeks to know the suitability of these laws to the customs and beliefs of Egyptian society and try to reveal the extent to which the Egyptian judicial system is affected by European laws. The researcher relies on the historical method to analyze and interpret historical facts during the study period. The study was mainly based on a set of unpublished documents held at the Egyptian National Archives in Cairo and some published documents issued by the Ottoman Archives in Turkey.
