| 520 | |a يعبر سعر صرف عملة الدولة عن مجمل أداء النشاط الاقتصادي، وكذلك مدى قدرة الدولة في التعامل مع العالم الخارجي كما تؤثر السياسة النقدية التي يعتمد عليها في تحديد سعر الصرف على أداء الميزان التجاري، وكذلك حجم الاحتياطيات من النقد الأجنبي، وما إلى ذلك من تأثير سياسات سعر الصرف على حجم الواردات من العالم الخارجي. يركز هذا البحث على تتبع أثر التقلبات في سعر الصرف على الواردات المصرية خلال الفترة الممتدة (1962-2018)، كما يهدف البحث إلى دراسة التطور الذي حدث لكل من الواردات وسعر الصرف، كذلك نمط الواردات المصرية بالإضافة إلى تقدير العلاقة بين كل من التقلبات في سعر الصرف والواردات المصرية، وقد اعتمد على المنهج الاستنباطي باستخدام الأسلوب التحليلي الوصفي للمؤشرات المرتبطة بموضوع البحث، وكذلك استخدام الأسلوب القياسي الذي يعتمد على استخدام السلاسل الزمنية لمتغيرات الظاهرة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سعر الصرف الأسمى والواردات المصرية في الأجل القصير في حين تتلاشى تلك التأثيرات في الأجل الطويل، عدم معنوية العلاقة بين إجراءات الإصلاح الاقتصادي التي تم إتباعها في تلك الفترة الممتدة والواردات المصرية، وقد أوصت بعدة توصيات منها استمرار اتباع سياسة تحرير سعر الصرف مع عدم تدخل السياسة النقدية من خلال الاحتياطيات في التأثير على سعر الصرف والذي قد يؤدي إلى تناقص الاحتياطيات من النقد الأجنبي. | ||

The study reached a number of results, including the presence of a statistically significant relationship between the nominal exchange rate and Egyptian imports in the short term while those effects fade in the long term, the insignificance of the relationship between the economic reform measures that were followed in that extended period and Egyptian imports, which was recommended by several Recommendations, including the continuation of the policy of liberalizing the exchange rate, with no monetary policy interfering in the reserves, affecting the exchange rate, which may lead to a decrease in foreign exchange reserves. | ||
