| المستخلص: | تناول البحث موضوع برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتعلم أشغال الجلود عن بعد لمواكبة تطور الأداء المؤسسي والأكاديمي قام الباحث بالتعرض فيه لموضوع انتشار وباء كورونا وضرورة الاحتياج لبرامج تدريبية لتعلم أشغال الجلود في ظل الأوضاع الراهنة وأكد على تطبيق منظومة التعليم عن بعد وتفعيل منصات التعلم الافتراضية لمواكبة تلك الظروف تعرض الباحث في مقدمة البحث عن ما هو وباء كورونا وسبب اختياره لاقتراح هذا البرنامج وقد اتبع الباحث المنهجين الوصفي للجانب النظري والتجريبي لإجراء التطبيقات التجريبية وتم تقسيم البحث إلى ثلاثة محاور هم التعليم عن بعد، والأشغال الفنية ومفهوم أشغال الجلود وتقنياتها، والتراث. قام الباحث في الجانب العملي بإجراء تجربة البحث على طلاب الكلية للتأكد من أن إعداد برنامج تدريبي لتعلم أشغال الجلود عن بعد يسهم في مواكبة تطور الأداء المؤسسي والأكاديمي في ظل الظروف الراهنة، وأن هناك علاقة إيجابية بين البرنامج التجريبي المزمع تنفيذه وتوظيف التكنولوجيا الحديثة في مجال التربية الفنية بهدف التحقق من صحة الفرض والحكم عليه لمعرفة ملاءمة النتائج لأهداف البحث وفرضه. أسفرت النتائج عن أبداع الطلاب في تنفيذ مشغولاتهم باستخدام وحدات زخرفية من التراث المصري أثرت مجال الأشغال الفنية ثم أوصى الباحث بتحويل البرنامج المقترح في شكل محتوى علمي يقرر على طلاب الكلية وتنفيذ العديد من البرامج التدريبية المتخصصة لتحويل محتويات المناهج العلمية إلى مقررات للتعليم عن بعد. The research dealt with a proposed training program for learning leather artworks remotely to keep abreast of the development of institutional and academic performance. The researcher discussed the issue of the spread of the Coronavirus epidemic and the need for training programs to learn leather works in light of the current situation. He stressed the application of the distance education system and the activation of virtual learning platforms to keep abreast of these conditions. The researcher, in the preface, presented the definition of the coronavirus epidemic and why he chose to propose this program. He followed both theoretical and empirical descriptive approaches to conducting experimental applications. The research was divided into three themes: distance education, artworks, leather (art) work concept and techniques, and heritage. On the practical side, the researcher conducted the research experiment on the students of the college to ensure that the preparation of a training program for learning leather works remotely contributes to keeping pace with the development of institutional and academic performance under the current conditions. There is a positive relationship between the pilot program planned to be implemented and the employment of modern technology in the field of art education with the aim of verifying the validity of the imposition and judging it to understand the suitability of the results of research objectives and hypothesis. The results showed the creativity of students in carrying out their work using decorative units of Egyptian heritage that affected the field of artwork. The researcher then recommended converting the proposed program in the form of scientific content prescribed for the students of the college and the implementation of several specialized training programs to convert the contents of the scientific curriculum into distance education courses. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 |
