| 520 | |a عالجت هذه الدراسة الجهود الفكرية للعلامة الفقيه الشيخ مرتضى ال ياسين، الذي عد أبرز الشخصيات الدينية في الحوزة العلمية في النجف الأشرف، وهو شخصية متعددة المواهب علما وتاريخا وأدبا ولغة وخطابة وشعرا، أذ تناولت هذه الدراسة عرضا لمؤلفاته من الكتب ومقدماته وتقاريضه القيمة مثل كتاب أصول الفقه الجعفري وكتابه بلغة الراغبين في فقه آل ياسين بالإضافة إلى كتابة مقدمات العديد من الكتب مثل مقدمة كتاب أبا ذر الغفاري ومقدمة كتاب الصحابي عمار بن ياسر، وكذلك مقالاته في أبرز الصحف والمجلات النجفية آنذاك مثل صحيفة الساعة ومجلة الألواح البيروتية ومجلة النجف ومجلة آفاق نجفية وغيرها، وعلى جزء يسير من شعره الذي عد أحد اهتماماته وإبداعاته الفكرية والثقافية إذ تميز أغلب علماء أسرة آل ياسين بكونهم من الشعراء الفطاحل اللذين أثبتوا جدارتهم على الساحة الشعرية في أكثر المناسبات فقد دار شعره حول الدعوة إلى الإصلاح وتنبيه المجتمع بما يهدده من مخاطر ومناهضة الاستعمار ونبذ دعاوى الحروب، وتم التطرق أيضا إلى الفتاوى التي أصدرها الشيخ مرتضى آل ياسين، لتفي الحاجة التي جاءت لأجلها. وعلى هذا الأساس جاءت إنجازات الشيخ مرتضى آل ياسين في حقول التعليم والتأليف والاجتهاد في المسائل الدينية المختلفة خادمة للمجتمع وزاخرة بالمعلومات، فرفدت المكتبة التاريخية والعلمية بالعديد من المصادر الرصينة وبالأخص في مجال تحديث التعليم في المدارس الدينية النجفية على وفق متطلبات العصر وتغيير المناهج تبعا لذلك. | ||
| 520 | |b This study dealt with the intellectual efforts of the scholar Al-Faqih Sheikh Murtada A1 Yassin, who is considered the most prominent religious figure in the scientific estate in the holy Najaf, and he is a multi-talented figure with knowledge, history, literature, language, rhetoric and poetry, as this study dealt with a presentation of his books, books, introductions and valuable loans such as the Book of Fundamentals of Jurisprudence Al-Jaafari and his book in the language of those who desire the jurisprudence of the Al-Yassin in addition to writing the introductions of many books such as the introduction to the book of Abu Dhar al-Ghafari and the introduction to the book of the companion Ammar bin Yasser, as well as his articles in the most prominent newspapers and magazines Najafi at the time, such as Al-Saah newspaper and the magazine Al-Wahat Beirut He has Najaf and Najaf Horizons Magazine, among others, and on a small part of his poetry, which is considered one of his intellectual and cultural interests and creations, as most of the scholars of the Al Yassin family were distinguished by being the poets who have proven their worthiness in the poetic scene on most occasions, as his poetry revolved around the call for reform and alerting society to what threatens him Of the dangers and anti-¬colonialism and the renunciation of war claims, and the fatwas issued by Sheikh Murtada Al Yassin were also addressed, to fulfill the need that came for them. On this basis, the achievements of Sheikh Murtada Al Yassin came in the fields of education, authorship and diligence in various religious matters. For society and full of information, the historical and scientific library provided many solid resources, especially in the field of modernizing education in Najafi religious schools according to the requirements of the times and changing curricula accordingly. | ||
